Treating PTSD in first responders with EFT

First responders are always first on the scene in case of emergencies which includes police, firefighters, ambulance officers, paramedics, nurses and doctors and also the general public. These can be traumatic experiences for all involved including the victim and the victim’s family too. How can we help first responders deal with the daily exposure to trauma to limit possibility of it becoming PTSD? EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a form of acupressure that is self-applied and can be used for treating everything from stress and anxiety to phobias and PTSD. How Access Bars changed my life

My first experience of the Bars was in my first Bars class - I felt a great sense of peace and deep relaxation I hadn't experienced before. It also released trauma from my body and mind in relation to an accident I had 15 years ago - it came flooding up in waves of gentle tears and was washed away with the Bars. This experience was life changing - I felt invigorated, energised and so excited that I had just learnt a technique that I could share with others in my life and also with my clients. 2 years after that class I am now a qualified Bars Facilitator so I can now teach the Bars Class. I have been having my Bars run every week for most of 2017 (about 8 months) which allows me to be fully present in my life and have an ease, joy and flow in my life that I have never had before.
